1. Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are not included in the product prices listed on our mobile application.

• Shipping charges are subject to change and are based on the Transport/Courier Company. (Note: MGMT Tools & Hardware Private Limited shall not be liable to cater any query regarding the Demurrage Charge which the transporter has charged if the Goods are not collected within the grace time).

2. Payment of Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.

• The delivery personnel will provide you with the total amount due, including shipping charges, and you are required to make the payment in cash or through the approved payment methods.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

• MGMT Tools & Hardware Private Limited offers Majorly two shipping methods as follows:

A) Through Transport: All the Products that are Large and Heavy will be despatch trough whichever Transport available in Siddhpur.

B)Through Courier: The Products included in MACHINARY SPARES shall only be shipped through courier if the Quantity is Less.

• Estimated delivery time will be provided based on the Transporter, Selected shipping method and the destination address.

• The Despatch (Ready to Ship) time of the Product Ordered from our App Varies from 5-15 Working Days as per the Size and Quantity of the Order.

4. Tracking Information:

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or notification containing tracking information.

• You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

5. Shipping Address:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the checkout process.

• MGMT Tools & Hardware Private Limited is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

• Once the Order is Shipped, The Shipping address will not get CHANGE in any circumstances.

6. Changes to the Policy:

• MGMT Tools & Hardware Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the mobile application.

7. Governing Law:

• This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Indian Constitution. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Patan District.
